Over the past few years, my practice has evolved into a thriving family law practice, and I am proud and grateful for all the clients who have placed their trust in me to help them through some of the toughest times in their lives. As part of that evolution, I am happy to announce that as of April 2017, Summer Family Law is reopening its doors as a solo practice.

This transition will be seamless for clients and will in fact enhance their experience, as the firm they know and trust shifts focus from general practice to family law specifically. This specialization allows me to dedicate time and resources to even the most challenging of family legal matters.

In addition to entrenching the practice in family law, I will be reaching out to underserved communities in these areas, starting with disabled communities and immigrant families. I have already spent time this month and last month speaking to groups of immigrants fearful of the changing political atmosphere. I have also begun researching accessibility for my office to make it easier for people with disabilities to feel comfortable when seeking legal counsel.

All of these changes I’ve made in an effort to better serve my community.
